You aren’t totally in love with something from your order? No problem! Our 30 Day Try-On Program means you have 30 days to decide if you need another size or need to return your product altogether. All returns must be initiated no later than 30 days from the date that your order arrives to you! All items must be unworn/unaltered with all original tags to be eligible for return.
For orders placed on Christmas Day through the end of December, we will continue to accept returns that arrive at our facility through the month of January- EXCLUDING ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE OR PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE
If you are unsure about a style or size, a test run around your home or apartment is cool... wearing the items on a night out is not.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
All Items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of receiving your order (this excludes final sale items). If you place an order for a product that has a shipping delay, we will not factor this time into the 30 day return period- the clock will start on the day you receive your order.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
- Final sale items- online or in a popup location
- Free gifts or promotional items sent with purchase
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- Items returned without approval or returned outside the eligibility period
WHAT ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE?
All SALE Items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchange. This includes items purchased during site-wide sales, special holiday sales, at a PopUp location sale and all sample sales.
Please note that all collaboration products are final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange.
CAN I RETURN A LIMITED EDITION COLLABORATION ITEM?
All merchandise produced as part of a Special Collaboration with another brand or person is considered final sale due to the limited quantities and availability of these items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?
Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process, excluding the day it was received. We cannot process refunds or exchanges until the warehouse confirms that the item(s) have completed processing and have been returned in proper condition.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order.
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING WHEN RETURNING?
Shipping charges will not be refunded with your return or exchange. We do not cover the cost to send back your return, all shipping costs associated with the order will remain your responsibility and will not be eligible for refund.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE?
If you wish to make an exchange, please note that you will need to place a new order after your return is initiated. You may wait for your return to be completely refunded and then place a new order online, or immediately place your order to guarantee availability. After your return is processed, your refund will go back to the original form of payment.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
Yes we do accept international returns! All international returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. All Items must be returned with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered. If you place an order for a product that has a shipping delay, we will not factor this time into the 30-day return request period.
What is the International return process?
To obtain approval for an international return, please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email. A copy of this email should be included in the box you are using to ship back your return.

Keep all tracking information associated with your return for your records. We do not offer a return shipping label for our International customers at this time and the customer is responsible for choosing the shipping method to send back International returns. We highly recommend using a service that provides you with a tracking number. MATH COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any lost packages and lost returns will not be eligible for a refund.

*At MATH COLLECTIVE, we offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to process orders if continued returns are deemed to be excessive. Misuse of our return policy will be determined at our discretion.
All products from MATH COLLECTIVE are made using the highest quality materials and craftsmanship and we take pride in each piece we make. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY to rectify the situation! Damages must be reported to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the item to be considered for a replacement or refund.
Any damages reported after 5 days of receipt will not be approved for replacement or refund unless they are determined to be a manufacturing or factory defect. Defects are determined at the discretion of MATH COLLECTIVE, as each item is inspected for quality control before leaving our warehouse.
